Installation guide:
1st Flash XXKPE Firmware via odin
2nd put XXKPM file to PDA in odin then flash
note: pls do a factory reset in every firmware flashed.. :)

Just Flashed my i9003 with this, its AWESOME !
-Faster
-3 sec GPS lock
-Better WiFi
-More Animations
i have yet to discover other features. Will post the additions and bugs if any.
Are you facing any isses with background notifications when connected to GPRS (mobile network)? Because I am facing it with all Gingerbread updates.
